What is this?
Photo questions allow you to include a photo upload field in your check-in forms. Clients can take or upload photos directly as part of their check-in submission, such as progress photos, meal photos, or screenshots of wearable data.
Why is it useful?
Photos give you visual context that numbers and text cannot capture. A client's body composition changes, the meals they are eating, or a screenshot of their sleep tracker can tell you more than a written description. Including photo questions in check-ins makes it easy for clients to share this alongside their other responses.

Photo Questions vs. Progress Photos
Photo questions in check-ins are best for casual, contextual photos submitted alongside other data. For dedicated, structured body composition tracking with comparison tools, use the Progress Photos feature instead. Progress photos provide a purpose-built gallery with pose categories and side-by-side comparisons.
Things to Note
- Photos are stored securely and visible only to you and the client
- Large photos are automatically compressed for faster upload
- Clients need an active internet connection to upload photos
- Photo questions work on both iOS and Android mobile apps
