Creating Workouts
Ask the AI to generate complete workouts:
- "Create an upper body push workout with 5 exercises" - Generates a workout with sets, reps, and rest
- "Build a leg day focusing on quads and glutes" - Creates a targeted workout based on muscle groups
- "Make a 30-minute HIIT workout for a beginner" - Builds a workout with specific constraints
The AI generates a workout and shows it in an action card for your review.

Building Sections
Ask the AI to create structured workout sections:
- "Create a section: Superset with bench press and rows" - Builds a paired exercise section

What if the AI picks an exercise I do not want?
Edit the action card before confirming to swap out any exercise. You can also dismiss and ask the AI to regenerate with different criteria.
