What is this?
The Business section lets you create coaching packages, set prices, accept payments through Stripe, and manage your coaching business finances. Clients can purchase packages directly and pay you through the platform.
Why it is useful
Getting paid should not be complicated. With Athli's built-in payment system, you can create professional packages, share them with clients, and receive payments without needing a separate payment platform.

Step-by-Step Guide
Connecting Stripe
Before you can accept payments, you need to connect your Stripe account:
- Go to Business in the sidebar
- Click Connect Stripe
- You will be redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account
- Complete the Stripe onboarding process
- Once connected, you can start creating packages

Creating a Package
- Go to Business > Packages
- Click Create Package
- Fill in the details:
- Name (e.g., "Premium Monthly Coaching")
- Description of what is included
- Price and currency
- Billing type (one-time or recurring)
- Duration for recurring packages (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Click Save

Sharing Packages with Clients
- On the Packages page, click Preview Packages
- This shows the client-facing view of your packages
- Copy the link and share it with clients
- Clients can view your packages and purchase directly

Viewing Payment Activity
- Go to Business > Activity
- You see a list of all transactions, subscriptions, and payment events
- Filter by date, client, or status

Managing the Stripe Dashboard
- Go to Business
- Click Stripe Dashboard
- You are taken to your Stripe dashboard for detailed financial management
- Manage refunds, disputes, and payouts from Stripe directly
Things to Note
- The Payments feature requires the Payments add-on on certain plans
- Stripe handles all payment processing securely
- Athli does not store credit card information
- Payouts are managed through your Stripe account settings
- You can deactivate packages without deleting them
Common Problems
Stripe connection failed Make sure you complete all steps in the Stripe onboarding. If you have an existing Stripe account, make sure it is fully verified.
A client cannot see my packages Check that the package is active (not deactivated) and that you are sharing the correct link.
I want to refund a payment Process refunds through your Stripe Dashboard. Athli does not handle refunds directly.

What percentage does Athli take from payments?
Check the current pricing page for platform fees. Stripe also charges standard processing fees.
Can I offer free trials before charging?
Stripe supports trial periods on subscriptions. Configure this in your package settings.
Do I need a business account for Stripe?
No. You can use a personal Stripe account. Business accounts provide additional features.
Can I accept payments in different currencies?
Currency options depend on your Stripe account configuration and your country.
