What is this?
Check-ins are recurring forms your coach assigns to you. They ask about how you are feeling, your recovery, nutrition, or other aspects of your training. You fill them out on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, etc.) and your coach reviews your responses.
Why it is useful
Check-ins give your coach insight into how you are doing beyond just your workouts. Maybe your sleep has been poor, your stress is high, or your nutrition has been off track. This information helps your coach adjust your training and provide better support.
