What is this?
The Athli client app is where you access everything your coach assigns to you. View workouts, submit check-ins, track habits, log metrics, message your coach, and monitor your progress all in one place.
Why it is useful
Everything from your coach is in one app. No more searching through WhatsApp messages for your workout or trying to remember what your coach said about your check-in. It is all organized and easy to find.
Step-by-Step Guide
Downloading the App
- Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
- Search for Athli
- Download and install the app

Creating Your Account
- Open the app
- If your coach sent you an invite link, tap it to pre-fill your details
- Enter your email and create a password
- Complete your profile with your name and profile picture
- You are now connected to your coach

Navigating the App
The app has tabs at the bottom for quick access:
- Home - Your daily tasks, workouts, and overview
- Training - Your workout calendar
- Progress - Metrics, photos, and history
- Chats - Messages with your coach
- Profile - Your details and settings

Things to Note
- You need an invite from your coach to create an account
- The app requires an internet connection for most features
- Push notifications keep you informed about new workouts, messages, and check-ins
- You can enable biometric lock (Face ID or fingerprint) for extra security
Common Problems
I did not receive an invite from my coach Ask your coach to resend the invite email. Check your spam folder as well.
The app is not loading Check your internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app.
I forgot my password On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset it.
