Client App: Home Screen

AndreiWritten by Andrei

What is this?

The Home screen is the first thing you see when you open the app. It shows your daily overview including today's workout, pending check-ins, habit reminders, and any messages from your coach.

Why it is useful

Instead of navigating through different sections to figure out what you need to do today, the Home screen puts everything in one place. Open the app, see what is on your plate, and get started.

Use Cases

  • Checking what workout is scheduled for today
  • Seeing if you have any pending check-ins to submit
  • Reviewing habit reminders for the day
  • Quickly jumping to a message from your coach

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing Your Daily Workout

  1. Open the app to the Home tab
  2. Your scheduled workout for today is displayed prominently
  3. It shows the workout name, number of exercises, and estimated duration
  4. Tap the workout card to start your session or preview the exercises

Viewing Pre-Workout Metrics

Before starting a workout, you may be asked to rate how you are feeling:

  1. Tap the workout card
  2. Before the session starts, rate your sleep, mood, energy, stress, and soreness
  3. These ratings help your coach understand how you are feeling and adjust your training

  • Starting today's workout
  • Sending a message to your coach
  • Logging a habit

Things to Note

  • The Home screen updates daily based on what your coach has scheduled for you
  • If no workout is scheduled, the screen will show a rest day message
  • Push notifications also remind you about pending tasks
  • Pre-workout metrics are optional but help your coach make better decisions

Common Problems

My home screen shows no workout Your coach may not have scheduled a workout for today. This is normal on rest days. Check the Training tab for upcoming workouts.

I do not see any check-ins or habits Your coach needs to assign these to you first. If you think something is missing, message your coach.
