What is this?
The Clients tab on the coach mobile app lets you view your roster, access client profiles, and manage their training, check-ins, habits, metrics, and more.
Step-by-Step Guide
Viewing Your Client List
- Tap the Clients tab at the bottom of the screen
- You see all your active clients
- Use the search bar to find a specific client
- Tap a client to open their profile

Navigating a Client Profile
Once you tap a client, you can access:
- Overview with bio, goals, and injuries
- Training calendar with assigned workouts
- Check-ins and submissions
- Habits and completion logs
- Metrics with charts
- Photos for progress tracking
- Exercise History with performance data
- Files shared with the client
- Notes for private coaching notes

Editing Client Details
- Open a client's profile
- Tap Edit Details
- Update their name, category, goals, or other information
- Tap Save

Viewing a Client's Training Calendar
- Open a client's profile
- Tap Training
- Navigate between weeks using the arrows
- Tap any day to see the assigned workout
- Tap a workout to preview it or add a new one

Assigning a Workout to a Day
- On the training calendar, tap an empty day
- Choose to assign a workout from your library or create one
- Select the workout and confirm

Things to Note
- All changes sync instantly with the web app
- Complex workout building (sections, drag-and-drop) is better done on web
- You can view exercise history charts for each client to track progress

Can I add new clients from the mobile app?
This may be available through the add button. For bulk uploads and invite links, use the web app.
Can I archive clients from mobile?
Client archiving is available through the client's settings on their profile.
