What is this?
The Progress tab is your personal dashboard for tracking how you are improving over time. It brings together your metrics, exercise history, and overall trends so you can see the bigger picture of your fitness journey.
Why it is useful
Day to day it can be hard to see progress. The Progress tab gives you charts and data that show how far you have come. Seeing your squat go up by 20kg over 3 months or your body weight trend downward is powerful motivation.
Step-by-Step Guide

Things to Note
- Progress data comes from your workout logs and metric entries
- The more consistently you log your workouts, the more useful the charts become
- Your coach can also see all your progress data from their side
- Exercise history only shows exercises you have actually completed (not just assigned)
Common Problems
My progress charts are empty You need to complete workouts and log your sets with weights and reps. Charts populate as data is recorded over time.
An exercise is missing from my history Make sure you completed the workout containing that exercise and logged your sets. Skipped exercises do not appear in history.
The numbers do not look right Double check the units (kg vs lbs). If you logged incorrect values during a workout, ask your coach to help correct them.
