What is this?

Habits are daily tasks you assign to clients to build consistency outside of training. Clients mark habits as complete each day, and you can track their adherence over time.

Why it is useful

Great results come from consistent daily actions, not just workouts. Habit tracking helps you hold clients accountable for things like drinking water, sleeping 8 hours, eating enough protein, or taking supplements.

Use Cases

  • Assigning a "Drink 3L of water" daily habit
  • Tracking sleep consistency with a "Sleep by 10pm" habit
  • Monitoring nutrition habits like "Hit protein target"
  • Building mobility routines with a "10 min stretching" habit

Step-by-Step Guide

Creating a Habit

  1. Go to Library > Habits
  2. Click Create Habit
  3. Enter the habit name, description, and category
  4. Optionally organize into folders
  5. Click Save

Assigning a Habit to a Client

  1. Go to the client's profile
  2. Click the Habits tab
  3. Click Assign Habit
  4. Select a habit from your library
  5. Click Assign

Viewing Habit Logs

  1. Go to the client's Habits tab
  2. You see all assigned habits with completion history
  3. Click on a habit to see detailed logs
  4. Use Log a Habit to manually log on the client's behalf

Editing and Deleting Logs

  1. Click on a specific log entry
  2. Click Edit to update the value
  3. Click Delete to remove the log
  4. Confirm the action

Things to Note

  • Clients can log habits directly from their mobile app home screen
  • Habit reminders can be set up through automation flows
  • Habits are organized in folders in the library for easy management
  • You can see habit adherence rates in the client's profile

FAQs

Can I assign the same habit to multiple clients?

Yes. Create the habit once in the library and assign it to any client.

Can clients add their own habits?

No. Only coaches can create and assign habits.

Can I track partial completion?

Habits are currently binary (done or not done). For more nuanced tracking, use metrics instead.

How far back can I see habit history?

All habit logs are stored and accessible from the client's Habits tab.
