What is this?

Habits are daily tasks your coach assigns to help you build consistency. Things like drinking enough water, hitting your protein target, getting enough sleep, or doing your mobility routine. You mark each habit as done each day.

Why it is useful

Big results come from small daily actions. Habit tracking keeps you accountable and helps your coach see how consistent you are outside of your workouts. Over time, you build routines that support your training goals.

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing Your Habits

  1. On the Home tab, your assigned habits appear as daily tasks
  2. Each habit shows its name and whether you have completed it today
  3. You can also find habits in your profile section

Logging a Habit

  1. Tap the habit you want to log
  2. Tap Complete or check the box to mark it as done for today
  3. The habit updates immediately

Viewing Your Habit History

  1. Navigate to your habits section
  2. You see a calendar or streak view showing which days you completed each habit
  3. This helps you see your consistency patterns over time

Things to Note

  • Habits reset each day so you need to log them daily
  • Your coach can see your habit completion rates
  • Consistent habit completion helps your coach understand your commitment level
  • Push notifications can remind you about daily habits

Common Problems

I forgot to log a habit yesterday Ask your coach if they can log it on your behalf. You may not be able to log for past dates.

I do not have any habits assigned Your coach needs to set them up. Message your coach if you think habits would help you.

Can I add my own habits?

No. Habits are assigned by your coach to keep your tracking aligned with your coaching plan.

Do habits count on rest days?

Yes. Habits like nutrition, sleep, and water intake apply every day, not just training days.

Can I see my weekly or monthly completion rate?

Your habit history shows daily completion. Your coach can see overall adherence rates.

What happens if I miss a day?

Nothing bad happens in the app. The day simply shows as incomplete. Try to stay consistent.
