Client Usage
The billing page shows a progress bar indicating how many of your client slots are in use:
- Green zone: Plenty of room
- Yellow zone: Getting close to your limit
- Red zone: At or near capacity
If you reach your client limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or add extra client slots before inviting new clients.

- You keep your current plan features until the change takes effect.
Important: Downgrades do not take effect immediately. You continue with your current plan until the billing period ends.

Scheduled Changes
When you have a pending plan change (like a downgrade), the billing page shows two cards:

You can cancel scheduled changes by updating your plan again before the effective date.
