Athli offers different subscription plans based on how many clients you coach and what features you need. This guide explains the available plans and how to manage your billing.
Why it matters
Choosing the right plan means you get all the features you need without paying for things you do not use. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Step-by-Step Guide
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings from the sidebar
- Click Billing
- You will see your current plan, active client count, and billing cycle

Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the plan you want to upgrade to
- Review the pricing and confirm
- Your new plan takes effect immediately

Managing Add-ons
Some features are available as add-ons:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to the Add-ons section
- Toggle on any add-on you want (e.g., Payments)
- The cost is added to your monthly bill
Viewing Invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to the Invoices section
- Click any invoice to download a PDF
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You can reactivate at any time before the period ends
Things to Note
- Your free trial includes all features so you can explore before committing
- Archived clients do not count toward your active client limit
- Billing is handled through Stripe for secure payment processing
- You can update your payment method at any time through the billing portal
Common Problems
I was charged but my plan has not updated Billing updates can take a few minutes. Refresh the page and check again. If the issue continues, contact support.
I want to downgrade but I have too many active clients You will need to archive clients until you are within the limit of the lower plan before downgrading.
My free trial expired and I lost access to features Select a paid plan from Settings > Billing to restore access immediately.

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Check the billing page for current pricing options. Annual plans may offer savings compared to monthly billing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is preserved. If you resubscribe, everything will be there as you left it.
Do my clients need to pay for the app?
No. The client mobile app is free for your clients. Only coaches pay for the platform.
