What is this?

The Profile tab lets you manage your personal details, view your coaching information, adjust app settings, and control notifications.

Why it is useful

Keeping your profile up to date helps your coach personalize your training. Settings let you control how the app works for you, from notifications to security preferences.

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. You see your name, profile picture, and coaching information
  3. Below that are links to your goals, injuries, and personal details

Editing Your Profile

  1. On the Profile tab, tap Edit Profile
  2. Update your name or profile picture
  3. Tap Save

Viewing Your Goals and Injuries

  1. On the Profile tab, tap Goals or Injuries
  2. See the goals your coach has set or that you have discussed together
  3. Injuries are tracked so your coach can program around them

Managing Notifications

  1. On the Profile tab, tap Settings or Notifications
  2. Toggle push notifications on or off for different types:
    • New messages from your coach
    • Workout reminders
    • Check-in reminders
    • Habit reminders
  3. Make sure notifications are also enabled in your device system settings

Enabling Biometric Lock

  1. Go to Settings from the Profile tab
  2. Find the Security or Biometric Lock option
  3. Enable Face ID or fingerprint lock
  4. The app will require biometric verification when you open it

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Tap Change Password
  3. Enter your current password and your new password
  4. Tap Save

Logging Out

  1. Go to Settings from the Profile tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom
  3. Tap Log Out
  4. Confirm the action

Things to Note

  • Your coach can also update some of your profile details from their side
  • Keeping your timezone accurate helps with workout scheduling and check-in reminders
  • Biometric lock adds an extra layer of privacy for your coaching data
  • Logging out does not delete your data. You can log back in at any time

Common Problems

I cannot change my email address Email changes need to be verified. If you are having issues, contact your coach or support.

Push notifications are not working Check both the in-app settings and your device system settings. Make sure Athli is allowed to send notifications. On Android, also check battery optimization settings as they can block notifications.

I forgot my password On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the reset steps.


FAQs

Can I delete my account?

Contact your coach or support to request account deletion.

Can I change my coach?

Your account is linked to one coach. To switch coaches, your new coach would need to invite you to their account.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is only visible to you and your coach. It is not shared with other clients or third parties.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Log in with your credentials on any device and your data syncs automatically.

What happens if my coach deactivates my account?

You will lose access to the app. Your data is preserved and can be restored if the coach reactivates your account.
