What is this?
The Settings page lets you manage your account, profile, security, billing, business details, and app preferences.
Why it is useful
Settings give you control over how Athli works for you. From updating your profile to managing your subscription, everything is accessible from one place.
Settings Sections
Account > Profile
Update your display name, profile picture, and timezone.
- Go to Settings > Account > Profile
- Edit your name, upload a new profile picture, or change your timezone
- Click Save

Account > Security
Manage your email address, password, and security settings.
- Go to Settings > Account > Security
- Change your email (requires verification)
- Update your password

Account > Information
View your account details and membership information.
Billing
Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods. See the Plans and Billing guide for details.
Business > Company Information
Set up your coaching business details including business name, description, and branding.
- Go to Settings > Business > Company Information
- Enter your business name and description
- Upload your logo and set brand colors

Business > Branding
Customize the visual appearance of your client-facing materials.
Business > Team
Manage team members if you operate a coaching business with multiple staff.
App > Customisations
Configure how the app behaves for your coaching style.
- Go to Settings > App > Customisations
- Choose which exercise columns to show in workouts (sets, reps, weight, RPE, tempo, etc.)
- Set your preferred defaults

Notifications
Control what notifications you receive and how you receive them.
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Toggle notifications on or off for different event types
- Choose between push, email, or both

Danger Zone
Account deletion and irreversible actions.
- Go to Settings > Account > Danger
- This section contains destructive actions like account deletion
- Proceed with extreme caution

Things to Note
- Changing your email requires verification of the new address
- Business branding settings affect what your clients see
- Timezone settings affect workout scheduling and check-in due dates
- Notification settings apply across web and mobile
FAQs
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Security and update your email. You will need to verify the new address.
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Danger and follow the cancellation process. Your data is preserved in case you want to return.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are not currently supported.
How do I export my data?
Contact support for data export requests.
