Athli offers three subscription tiers designed for coaches at different stages of their business. Each plan includes a base number of clients, and you can add more clients or features as you grow.
Plans Overview
Starter (Free)
The Starter plan is completely free and perfect for coaches just getting started.
Includes:
- Coach Mobile App (iOS and Android)
- Client Mobile App (iOS and Android)

- Up to 5 clients
Best for: New coaches testing the platform or those with a small client base.
Pro (From $20/month)
The Pro plan unlocks the tools most coaches need to run their business effectively.
Everything in Starter, plus:
- AI Workout Builder
- Custom Exercises
- Custom Workout Sections
- Questionnaires
- Check-ins
- Habits and Metrics Tracking
- 5GB On Demand Files
Best for: Growing coaches who want advanced training tools and client tracking.
Max (From $99/month)
The Max plan is built for established coaches managing larger client bases.
Everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited On Demand Files
- Broadcast Messaging
- AI Todo List
- Priority Support
- Lower extra client pricing
Best for: Full-time coaches or coaching businesses with many active clients.
Client Slots
Each plan comes with a base number of clients included. If you need more, you can add extra client slots:
- Select the number of clients you want on the pricing page using the client slider
- Extra clients are billed per client, per month
- Max plan offers lower per-client pricing than Pro

Monthly vs Annual Billing
You can choose to pay monthly or annually:
- Monthly: Pay each month, cancel anytime
- Annual: Save 17% compared to monthly billing

Add-ons
Add-ons let you unlock specific premium features on top of any paid plan:
Automations
Automated onboarding sequences, custom trigger-based flows, scheduled actions and reminders, and multi-step automation chains.
AI Assistant (Lyra)
Your all-round coaching assistant. Generate workouts and programs, track client progress, ask questions about your clients, and find clients who need attention.
Payments
Collect payments from clients via Stripe. Includes packages and subscription management, automated payment collection, revenue analytics, and coupons.
Each add-on is billed separately and can be added or removed at any time from the billing page.

Free Trial
When you first sign up, you get a free trial that includes all features across all plans (including add-ons). This lets you explore everything before committing to a plan.
- Your trial countdown is shown on the billing page
- When the trial ends, you will need to select a plan to continue using premium features
- Starter plan features remain free forever

To see a detailed feature-by-feature comparison:
- Go to the pricing page (either from the marketing site or Settings > Billing > Change Plan)

FAQs
Can I start on Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or Max at any time. Your data and clients carry over.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. The client mobile app is completely free. Only coaches pay for the platform.
What counts as an active client?
Any client that is not archived counts toward your client limit. Archive inactive clients to free up slots.
Can I try features before paying?
Yes. The free trial gives you access to all features so you can evaluate before choosing a plan.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. All Athli pricing is in USD.
