What is this?
The Exercise Library is a searchable database of exercises that you use when building workouts. It includes thousands of built-in exercises with video demonstrations, and you can also create your own custom exercises.
Why it is useful
Having a comprehensive exercise database means you spend less time describing movements to clients. Each exercise includes muscle group targeting and video demos so clients know exactly what to do.
