What is this?
The Training tab shows your weekly workout calendar. You can see what workouts your coach has scheduled, preview exercises, and complete guided workout sessions with built-in tracking.

Can I add my own exercises to the workout?
No. Only your coach can modify the workout content.
Do I need internet to do a workout?

Each workout is tied to a specific day. Ask your coach if you want to redo a session.
