Coach Mobile: Training

What is this?

The Training tab on the coach mobile app shows a calendar view of all your clients' workouts for each day. You can see who has workouts scheduled, what they are doing, and whether they have completed them.

Step-by-Step Guide

Viewing the Training Calendar

  1. Tap the Training tab at the bottom of the screen
  2. You see a daily view of all client workouts
  3. Swipe left/right to navigate between days
  4. Each client's workout is shown as a card with status indicators

Previewing a Workout

  1. Tap any workout card
  2. A preview shows all exercises, sets, reps, and notes
  3. You can see if the client has completed the workout and their logged results

Reviewing Completed Workouts

  1. Completed workouts show a checkmark indicator
  2. Tap to see the client's logged sets, reps, and weights
  3. View post-workout metrics and notes the client added

Things to Note

  • The training tab shows workouts across all clients for the selected day
  • For a single client's training calendar, go to their profile and tap Training
  • Use the web app for building complex programs and workouts

FAQs

Can I reassign workouts from mobile?

You can add workouts to a client's day. For moving workouts between days, the web app is easier.

Can I see workout completion in real time?

Yes. When a client completes a workout, their card updates immediately.
